Ok then we were told that my daughter and her friends room would be ready in the morning.
This took over 3 hours before we even saw a room by the way. I then contacted Virgin who informed me that the hotel got it wrong at check-in and we were booked in.
My daughter was given a basic room on the 4th floor, that would be fine but not what we paid for also this was miles away from me who as I eventually found room on the 8th floor. Having paid Virgin over £2500 each for this holiday this was worrying. Having booked two executive rooms we were first told that the hotel did not have our booking.
